Damages and issues 

After we hand out the cake, we're no longer responsible for the damage to cakes. Please be extra careful in the handling of your fragile cake.

all of our cakes are required to refrigerate at all times and are very fragile.

Our cakes are non-returnable/ exchangeable/ refundable

we do not accept returns, exchanges, and refunds on any cakes sold unless the issue for return, exchange, or refund is the result of an error in our production or handling of cakes.
